Eunoa is run by a single person. Replies usually arrive within a few business days. Please mention your device and app version (shown in the About tab) — it speeds things up considerably.
Please do not send conversation content or health data by email. We don't need it, and email is not a secure channel for it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Eunoa deliberately has no sign-up and no login — the app is usable anonymously.
Where are my conversations stored?
Only locally on your device. They are deleted automatically after 14 days, and you can erase them completely at any time from the About tab. See the privacy policy for details.
I switched devices — are my memories gone?
Yes. Because nothing is stored on a server and there is no account, content cannot be transferred to a new device. That is the cost of anonymity, not a bug.
What does Eunoa cost?
The first 7 days are entirely free. After that the app stays usable for a while; from day 14 saved reflections remain readable, but starting new conversations requires a subscription. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Through your app store settings: Apple ID → Subscriptions → Eunoa → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We cannot cancel subscriptions for you — that is only possible through your app store account.
I paid, but the subscription isn't recognised.
Tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. If that doesn't help, email us with the approximate purchase date. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Can Eunoa diagnose me or replace therapy?
No, by design. Eunoa helps you sort through your thoughts and encourages you to talk to real people. If you are struggling persistently, please contact a doctor or a psychotherapy practice.
How do I report a bug or an inappropriate reply?
By email, with a short description of the situation — please without the conversation content itself.
