Tangled first. Then clearer.
Eunoa is a tool for reflection — anonymous, private, without judgement. Just start writing: no account, and no history you have to maintain.
What it is
A quiet room for thinking. Eunoa listens, asks questions, and helps you put the unsorted into words — at your pace, without grading you.
When the words won't come, Eunoa suggests a concrete message you could actually send to a real person.
What it is not
Not a doctor, not therapy, not a diagnosis. Eunoa makes no findings and replaces no treatment.
And no substitute for people. When things get serious, Eunoa does not go deeper into the conversation — it points to the emergency numbers for your country.
How it goes
You write
No account, no setup, no questionnaire. You open the app and begin — in English or German.
Eunoa asks
Usually a question rather than advice. Not to stretch the conversation, but because the sorting is the actual work.
It ends
You get a short summary at the close — and often one sentence you can send to someone. The goal is not to keep you here longer.
What happens to what you write
- Your conversations sit encrypted on your device and delete themselves after 14 days.
- The server holds no conversation transcripts — only a random session identifier with a timestamp, also for 14 days.
- No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs.
