What does not
No conversation content and no health data by email. We do not need it, and email is not a secure channel for it.
Not an emergency channel. Email is not monitored around the clock. If things are acute right now, the emergency numbers are at the top of the support page.
Subscription, payment, refunds
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Cancellation and refunds run exclusively through your App Store account — we have no access to it. How it works is described under Pricing.
